From Agreement To Multiplication
This coming weekend we are celebrating Pentecost and the Biblical Feast of Shavout or also known as The Feast of Weeks. Moses received the Torah at Mount Sinai fifty days after their exiting from Egypt. The commandments which the Israelites vowed to obey. In Acts 2, the disciples were gathered in one place when they were baptised with the Holy Spirit. "They were all filled and equipped with the Holy Spirit and were inspired to speak in tongues—empowered by the Spirit to speak in languages they had never learned ". Both events had a dramatic experience of wind and fire as Adonai's presence came down and filled the atmosphere. At both experiences, the people were gathered and in agreement.
We read in John about two events were Jesus turned water into wine at a wedding feast and feeding the 5000 men, woman and children with only five fish and two loaves of bread. At both occasions there were also many who gathered for a specific reason but here Jesus Himself was present in the flesh ministering to them with powerful miracles of multiplication.
For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one. I John 5:3-8 NKJV
What do these events have in common? The scriptures are below for your reference; however I do encourage you to go and read the full chapters and compare with different translations, for further study and revelation. We need both the Word of God and Holy Spirit to bear witness to the Truth. We need the Word of God and Holy Spirit to be empowered and equipped to go out and extend the Kingdom of God. Jesus took what He had and by the power of the Holy Spirit was enabled to multiply and feed the multitudes and turned water into wine. There were 120 people who were baptised on the Day of Pentecost which caused the gospel to travel to the ends of the world. And thankfully because of this, we have heard the gospel. This is how God uses us, beloved. He pours out His Spirit on all of us; young and old, men and woman, of any race, culture or country. We ARE living in the last days and great things are already happening across the world. Yet even greater things are still to happen. Are you ready and in agreement with what God is doing? This Pentecost, position yourself to receive a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. ARISE to the call of the trumpet and go forth agreeing to be a witness for King Jesus.
Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:37-38 NKJV

‘And it shall be in the last days ,’ says God, ‘That I will pour out My Spirit upon all mankind ; And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy , And your young men shall see [divinely prompted] visions , And your old men shall dream [divinely prompted] dreams ; Even on My bond-servants , both men and women , I will in those days pour out My Spirit And they shall prophesy. ‘And I will bring about wonders in the sky above And signs (attesting miracles) on the earth below , Blood and fire and smoking vapor . ‘The sun shall be turned into darkness And the moon into blood , Before the great and glorious day of the Lord comes . ‘And it shall be that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord [invoking, adoring, and worshiping the Lord Jesus] shall be saved (rescued spiritually).’ ACTS 2:17-21 AMP

Mount Sinai was wrapped in smoke because the Lord descended upon it in fire; its smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked violently. And it happened, as the blast of the ram’s horn grew louder and louder, Moses spoke and God answered him with [a voice of] thunder. The Lord came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain; and the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and he went up. EXODUS 19:18-20 AMP
On the day Pentecost was being fulfilled, all the disciples were gathered in one place. Suddenly they heard the sound of a violent blast of wind rushing into the house from out of the heavenly realm. The roar of the wind was so overpowering it was all anyone could bear! Then all at once a pillar of fire appeared before their eyes. It separated into tongues of fire that engulfed each one of them. They were all filled and equipped with the Holy Spirit and were inspired to speak in tongues—empowered by the Spirit to speak in languages they had never learned! Acts 2:1-4 TPT
Then he said, “Now fill your pitchers and take them to the master of ceremonies.” And when they poured out their pitcher for the master of ceremonies to sample, the water became wine! When he tasted the water that became wine, the master of ceremonies was impressed. (Although he didn’t know where the wine had come from, but the servers knew.) He called the bridegroom over and said to him, “Every host serves his best wine first until everyone has had a cup or two, then he serves the wine of poor quality. But you, my friend, you’ve reserved the most exquisite wine until now!” This miracle in Cana was the first of the many extraordinary miracles Jesus performed in Galilee. This was a sign revealing his glory, and his disciples believed in him.
John 2:8-11 TPT
As Jesus sat down, he looked out and saw the massive crowd of people scrambling up the hill, for they wanted to be near him. So he turned to Philip and said, “Where will we buy enough food to feed all these people?” Now Jesus already knew what he was about to do, but he said this to stretch Philip’s faith. Philip answered, “Well, I suppose if we were to give everyone only a snack, it would cost thousands of dollars to buy enough food!” But just then, Andrew, Peter’s brother, spoke up and said, “Look! Here’s a young person with five barley loaves and two small fish . . . but how far would that go with this huge crowd?” “Have everyone sit down,” Jesus said to his disciples. So on the vast grassy slope, more than five thousand hungry people sat down. Jesus then took the barley loaves and the fish and gave thanks to God. He then gave it to the disciples to distribute to the people. Miraculously, the food multiplied, with everyone eating as much as they wanted! When everyone was satisfied, Jesus told his disciples, “Now go back and gather up the pieces left over so that nothing will be wasted.” The disciples filled up twelve baskets of fragments, a basket of leftovers for each disciple . John 6:5-13 TPT
