The Desire of All Nations ~ Part 1 ~ Repentance

A Prophetic Word for 5783 (2023) and Beyond


The scripture verse I received for the new year of 5783 (Hebraic calendar) and for 2023 is Haggai 2:5-9. I believe that this is a word not just for the new year but for the years to come. God has been speaking to me about the third and fourth generations still to come...and to think about the next 120 years from now. 




Haggai 2:5‭-‬9 NKJV

5 ‘According to the word that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, so My Spirit remains among you; do not fear!’

6 “For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; 

7 and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts. 

8 ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the Lord of hosts. 

9 ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the Lord of hosts.”




This is part 1 of the prophetic word as there are many things God has been showing me and these all relates to each other.

Beloved saints, we are all pieces of the puzzle to a bigger picture called God's Divine Destiny and we all have a part to play in His Redemptive Plan for our nation of South Africa and the nations of this world.


2 Chronicles 7:14 AMP
"and My people, who are called by My Name, humble themselves, and pray and seek (crave, require as a necessity) My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear [them] from heaven, and forgive their sin and heal their land."



REPENTANCE 
"To repent means to rearrange your entire way of thinking, feeling and being in order to forsake that which is wrong."

It is a decision that we make to change from the wicked ways of this world and to choose the righteous ways of the Kingdom of King Jesus. It is an act of our WILL (soul) - free will the gift God gave us to choose.


King Jesus is our ultimate Champion Who made a way for us by the finished works of His Cross on Calvary. Who died and went into the depths of hell to strip satan from his authority by taking the keys back of Hades; He was resurrected on the third day and is now seated next to the Father as He intercedes for us day and night as our High Priest and the Lamb who was slain. His Blood is on the Mercy Seat in the Throne Room of Heaven and is still speaking for us today.

King Jesus lead the way for us into repentance and made it possible for us to turn away from the ways of this world that goes against His Original Design for His creation. He is looking for us to choose to partner with Him in as partakers of His Divine Nature and fulfilling His Divine Destiny in the seven mountains of society...

2 CHRONICLES 7:14 CALL TO ACTION

Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus...

WE ARE "My people who are called by My name"...
WE NEED to humble ourselves...
WE NEED to "pray and seek My face"...
WE NEED to "turn from your wicked ways"...
and ask for forgiveness and repent  of our own sin and ask forgiveness and repent on behalf of the sins of our nation.

THEN..." I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."


This is a clause in the contract saints, we need to take action in UNITY and in LOVE standing as ONE BODY OF CHRIST and partner with Holy Spirit on the blueprints of heaven to bring the reformation that is needed right now in our nation.

God is a Covenant-Keeping God and we are in PARTNERSHIP with Him.
We all have a part to play.

2 Peter 1:3‭-‬4 AMP
3 For His divine power has bestowed on us [absolutely] everything necessary for [a dynamic spiritual] life and godliness, through true and personal knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. 
4 For by these He has bestowed on us His precious and magnificent promises [of inexpressible value], so that by them you may escape from the immoral freedom that is in the world because of disreputable desire, and become sharers of the divine nature.


Colossians 1:15‭-‬20 TPT
15 He is the divine portrait, the true likeness of the invisible God, and the firstborn heir of all creation. 
16 For in Him was created the universe of things, both in the heavenly realm and on the earth, all that is seen and all that is unseen. Every seat of power, realm of government, principality, and authority—it all exists through Him and for His purpose! 
17 He existed before anything was made, and now everything finds completion in Him. 
18 He is the Head of His body, which is the church. And since He is the beginning and the firstborn heir in resurrection, He is the most exalted One, holding first place in everything. 
19 For God is satisfied to have all His fullness dwelling in Christ. 
20 And by the blood of His cross, everything in heaven and earth is brought back to Himself—back to its original intent, restored to innocence again!
