Passover 7: The Cup of Praise
Psalms 103:1-5 AMP
[1] Bless and affectionately praise the Lord, O my soul, And all that is [deep] within me, bless His holy name. [2] Bless and affectionately praise the Lord, O my soul, And do not forget any of His benefits; [3] Who forgives all your sins, Who heals all your diseases; [4] Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you [lavishly] with lovingkindness and tender mercy; [5] Who satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the [soaring] eagle.
The fourth cup at the seder meal, is the Cup of Praise or also known as the Cup of Restoration.
Our response for what Jesus has done for us, is to praise Him. We worship Him through our praise and thanksgiving. We honour Him by living a life sacrificed unto Him. We love Him by being obedient to His Word. We glorify Him in our testimonies. We lay down our life for Him as our Saviour. We give Him the ownership to rule and reign within our soul, heart, mind, emotions and will as Lord over our lives.
Jesus restored our relationship with the Father and this is the greatest gift of love that He has done for us. He made all things new. He restored us back to innocence again. He stored the joy of our salvation in Him. He restored us back to His original intent bringing us back into the Garden of Eden.
Abba Father is in the business of restoration and this new season, He is working in our marriages and families. Yield to His voice and follow the instructions of the Holy Spirit. Forgive, release and let God do the works in your marriage and family. He is a loving Father and He gave Jesus, His Son, to die for the restoration of all things in our lives. He gave us Holy Spirit to seal us as His and to be our Helper until He returns for His Bride for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
Prayer
Thank You Jesus for restoring the joy of our salvation in You.
Thank You for the restoration of all things in my soul, my mind, my emotions, my will and my thoughts.
Thank You for restoring my sonship in You with the Father. Thank You for restoring my identity in You Lord Jesus. Thank You for restoring my purpose and destiny that is part of the Divine Destiny of Abba Father's plan for creation.
Thank You for restoring us to our royal priesthood as Your chosen generation. Thank You Lord for restoring us as Your instruments of righteousness and using us as Your vessels of choice to bring restoration of all things to the seven mountains of influence on earth as it os in heaven.
Thank You for giving us Holy Spirit as our promised seal of redemption. Thank You Holy Spirit for being our Helper and by Your Power we can live the resurrection life that has been restored to us through the precious Blood of Jesus Christ, Yeshua Messiah.
We praise Your Name Lord. We bless Your Holy Name on earth as it is in heaven.
In the Name of Jesus, The Restorer of all things.
Amen
Colossians 1:18-20 TPT
[18] He is the Head of his body, which is the church. And since he is the beginning and the firstborn heir in resurrection, he is the most exalted One, holding first place in everything. [19] For God is satisfied to have all his fullness dwelling in Christ. [20] And by the blood of his cross, everything in heaven and earth is brought back to himself—back to its original intent, restored to innocence again!
Psalms 23:3 AMP
[3] He refreshes and restores my soul (life); He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
Acts 3:18-21 AMP
[18] And so God has fulfilled what He foretold by the mouth of all the prophets, that His Christ (Messiah, Anointed) would suffer. [19] So repent [change your inner self—your old way of thinking, regret past sins] and return [to God—seek His purpose for your life], so that your sins may be wiped away [blotted out, completely erased], so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord [restoring you like a cool wind on a hot day]; [20] and that He may send [to you] Jesus, the Christ, who has been appointed for you, [21] whom heaven must keep until the time for the [complete] restoration of all things about which God promised through the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time.
